CONVERT PHOTO TO CROSS STITCH

A Cross Stitch Finished in a Week

How to make a quick cross stitch finished? This question most often comes from friends and cross stitch lovers. It seems that almost everyone eager to do the cross stitch project that can be quickly resolved, enjoy the results and work on a new projects. Fair, and I feel the same way. There are so many designs I want to do, but must wait for "this one" finished first.

Sometimes the desire to make a quick cross stitch done well because there are plans, for example, I want to give it as a present. The remaining time is only a month or half a month before the day.

I do not have a special recipe to speed up cross stitch work. All depends on the design that is being done. If you use a lot of color, automaticaly the processing will be slower. If the intensity of its work with just a little time, for example, every time just only one or two hours and then cut by another new activity before you do again, it will also slow down the work process.

As a solution, if my friends want to give a gift when staying a week or two weeks time, I try to create a minimalist design cross stitch. A little color (I just use 5 colors) and a size not too big. If within 5-6 hours a day can cross stitch the below design (117wx149h stitches size) finished less than a week (with a speed 3-5 cross stitch puncture per minute), between 35-45 work-hours.

I have a little note to my friends. Usually we want to make the cross stitch (mainly photographs) in the overall profile. This is indeed a matter of taste, but cutting only certain parts are often also very attractive. Particularly anxious was the most effective manner. Unique and special. Also a short process.
